It all started as a hobby just for fun. I had saved some money and did not know what to buy with it. Hence, I bought my first camera, turned out to be my best investment ever. I started shooting some photos at friends BBQs and little gatherings. Then, I had my first little gig here and there and the name “Duhautphotography” was born. Event photography is a unique scene and I could not get enough of it. Besides, I thought it was so cool to see the behind the scenes and experience the nightlife scene on a totally different level.

Only later in University, I fell in love with a new passion “Travel”. I wanted to see the world, document it and show it to my friends. This second passion combined with my first love for photography let to the creation of a print collection. Printing out your own artwork was one of the best lessons I learned early on. It gives you a new perspective and shows you how real your art is.
